Profiles Consulting's approach allows colleagues to connect together in a brave space, where listening, sharing, and exploring personal stories and experiences together are centered.
I participated in a Profiles session at the College of Saint Rose led by Anthony in 2019. I shared my story of growing up with Tourette Syndrome and the importance of having a network of support, especially in educational settings. Those in attendance resonated with my experiences, highlighting how the Profiles Consulting framework creates spaces for all to connect; spaces where one is humbly vulnerable and power is dismantled. Profiles Consulting is a unique approach to centering connection in an organizational culture, where participants are able to be their authentic selves with others. As a facilitator and coach, Anthony does an effective job at building a community of personal connections while creating a courageous space of respect and safety.
